4° West – The Urban Coast Weekender is an imagined festival event starting in Swansea next summer. It will utilize and celebrate the proximity of the city with the sea, providing the perceived target audience – anyone wishing to try out one or more of the activities included - with an entry point/introduction into those activities in a supportive atmosphere, with experienced supervision.
